What is ThetaHealing®?

Do I Have to change my religion to practice ThetaHealing®?

No the ThetaHealing technique is not a religion.

If ThetaHealing was a religion then it wouldn’t be for everyone. ThetaHealing® is open to all people regardless of their religion. In ThetaHealing we teach people from all religions. We believe every religion is beautiful and wonderful.
Can I use the ThetaHealing® technique on myself?

The ThetaHealing technique is very easy to learn. After completing the Basic DNA 3 day seminar, you will be shown how to access a Theta State and how to perform a healing on either yourself or others.
How do I select a ThetaHealing® Practitioner?

It is important to find someone whom you are comfortable working with. Take the time to speak with a couple practitioners before setting up your first session. Ask whatever questions you need to in order to get a feel for who they are and how they work. Choose the one that you feel the most comfortable working with. Most practitioners are happy to answer your questions and many will refer you to another practitioner who can better fill your needs if they aren't a good fit.
What can I expect during a ThetaHealing® session?

Each practitioner has his or her own style. In general an appointment begins by the practitioner asking permission to connect to your energy. Then you will be asked what it is you would like to work on. Or, if you have nothing specific to work on, you might be asked, “If you could change anything in your life right now, what would it be?”

The ThetaHealing technique has been used to address a wide variety of physical and emotional issues.   A typical appointment includes an intuitive scan, belief work, and a healing. The practitioner will probably teach you to use a muscle test, to see what beliefs you have that may trigger the area you are seeking to change. Nothing is changed without your permission. And the practitioner should ask your verbal permission for every belief change and for any healing that is done.
What should I do to prepare for my ThetaHealing® session?

Drink plenty of water.

It is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong.

During most sessions muscle testing will be needed. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It's important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you're learning as a result of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
Is a ThetaHealing® session done in person or over the phone?

ThetaHealing® sessions can be in person or over the phone/skype. Distance is not a factor. It depends on what you prefer. We have certified ThetaHealers® all over the world and many of them are contacted via phone/skype.
How many sessions will I need with ThetaHealing®?

A lot of work can be covered in a short amount of time with the ThetaHealing technique. The amount of sessions needed will vary from person to person on what they want to accomplish. Many times clients will experience a shift within one session, however sometimes the belief systems around the issue are more complex and need deeper belief work done over a few sessions to achieve their desired change. To determine how many sessions you will need ahead of time would really depend on the negative subconscious belief systems attached to your issue and how fast they reprogram into positive and empowering ones.
How much does an appointment cost?

The cost of a session varies. Each practitioner sets his or her own rates.
What seminars can I take with a Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor?

A certified Thetahealing Instructors can teach you the Practitioners seminars he/she is certified to teach. Some Instructors can teach 1 practitioner seminar and others 14. To know what seminar your Instructor is certified to teach you will want to look in their profile on this site. The more Instructors seminars a ThetaHealing Instructor has attended the more practitioner seminars they will be able to offer.

You can take one seminar with one Instructor and another seminar with a different Instructor. As long you take your ThetaHealing Practitoner seminars with a Certified ThetaHealing Instructor your certification will be valid. To see a list of Practitioner seminars available click here.
How do I register for a seminar?
Registering for a seminar will depend on who you are taking the seminar with.
- If you are attending a class at THInK during the summer you can click on Vianna’s schedule, choose the summer seminar you want to attend, and register through the our website.
- If you are attending one of Vianna’s seminars offered outside of THInK you will want to contact the Host and register through them. Most of the time there is a link on Vianna’s Schedule that will take you to their registration information.
- If you are attending a seminar with a Certified Instructor you will register for the seminar through them. They often have a website you can register through or you can call them directly.
What is a scholarship and how do I apply for one?

In ThetaHealing we believe in giving back and know sometimes you just need a little assistance to reach your dreams. We offer a scholarship program to our seminars. We do believe that there should be an exchange of energy and may require a smaller fee. Each Instructor has their own scholarship program and you will want to contact them individually to see how to apply through them.

What is a Teachers Assistant and how to apply to be a Teachers Assistant?

A Teachers Assistant is someone who has already taken the Instructors Seminar and is there to assist students when Vianna breaks into groups for exercises.

Do you have to sign a contract to practice ThetaHealing®?

Yes all practitioners are required to sign a contract to practice the ThetaHealing technique. ThetaHealing® is a registered trademark and we make sure to protect that. This contract lets the person know what they can and cannot do as a certified ThetaHealer® and also helps to keep the work pure.

A person has to take a Basic ThetaHealing seminar in order to be a Certified ThetaHealing Practitioner.
Do you have people sign a contract to teach ThetaHealing®?

Yes we do have them sign a contract. This is to keep the work pure. When people attend a ThetaHealing® seminar that is what they expect to be taught. Our teachers can teach any modality they want, we just require that when they teach a ThetaHealing® seminar they only teach the ThetaHealing® technique during those days the course is going on. We require they DO NOT mix modalities while teaching a seminar. Vianna and her Instructors are dedicated to keeping the ThetaHealing® technique pure.
After the students signs the waiver, what do I do with it?

After the student completes the Waiver for the ThetaHealing® trademark, collect the waivers. After the Seminar is complete, you send the waivers to THInK one of the two ways

2.) email all pages to waivers@thetahealing.com

Can you take all the seminars from start to finish?

At THInK we usually offer the Instructors Seminars during the summer from start to finish.

For 2016, the Instructors Seminars will start in May and run until August.

All Instructor seminars are taught exclusively by Vianna Stibal. There are a few Elective Instructors seminars taught by Vianna and a Certificate of Science.

Certified ThetaHealing Instructors usually offer Practitioners Seminars before the summer seminars begin at THInK and then in the evenings during the summer. You can search Instructor and Practitioner Seminars on this page.
Is there lodging close to THInK?

THInK offers seminars 3-4 months a year at Atanaha Event Center in Bigfork, Mt. Bigfork offers smaller vacation rentals, condos, and cabins. Bigfork is about a 20 minute drive from Kalispell. You can find out more about the area by clicking here.
Do you cover accommodations?

THInK does not cover accomodations for those traveling for seminars. You are responsible for booking and taking care of their own accommodations when taking a seminar. You can view our area information here.
Cancellation Refund and Transfer Policy

If you decide to cancel the seminar we are happy to offer the opportunity for you to transfer the deposit to a future seminar/workshop being offered by THInK.

Website Usability

How do I get my name listed on the website as a ThetaHealer®?

Once you have completed the ThetaHealing® Basic DNA seminar you can log into your ThetaHealing account and follow the steps to make your account Active (displayed publicly) on www.thetahealing.com. If you are having troubles logging in you can contact support@thetahealing.com
How do I retrieve my user name and password?

Click here to be directed to the Forgot Username and Password Page. Here you can enter your email and have your log in details resent to you.

Note: Subject of Email is: ThetaHealing® Login Information and Sometimes the email will go to you junk folder.

Your account is HIDDEN and not displayed on thetahealing.com until you login to your profile and choose to have your account ACTIVE.
What do I do if my User Name and Password are Not Working?

Your User Name and Password is emailed to you after you complete a Basic course. If your user name and password are Not working there may 2 reasons.

1. Sometimes you have to copy and paste the user name and password from the email into the log in box.

2. If you retreived your user name and password before your instructor has completed the course you attended, then your account is still INACTIVE and your user name and password won't work until the course is completed by the instructor.

If you have troubles with your user name and password you can email customerservice@thetahealing.com and we can help you.
How do I get missing seminars to show in my profile?

At the completion of each seminar your Instructor will hit a course complete button. This button confirms you completed the seminar and adds the seminar to your profile.

There are 2 ways to add the missing seminar(s) to your profile.

1. You can contact your Instructor and inform them the seminar is missing from your profile so they can make sure they hit the course complete button.
2. You can scan a picture or copy of your certificate to support@thetahealing.com, so that we can look up the seminar and add it to your profile.

Who is Vianna Stibal?

Vianna Stibal is a renowned spiritual teacher who teaches her spiritual philosophy and meditation technique, ThetaHealing®, throughout the world. After witnessing a healing on her own 9-inch tumor nearly 20 years ago, she discovered that emotions and beliefs affect us on a core, genetic, history, and soul level. She developed a process to find out how we believe, why we believe, how we create problems and illness in our lives, how to change them, and how to understand The Creator’s true plan, and create the reality we desire. Her technique takes the brain to a deep brain theta state instantaneously. Using this state, she teaches her students to reestablish their connection with Creator. Through this connection, she teaches how to facilitate physical, mental and emotional changes. She teaches that we are sparks of God and shows how we each create our own reality and how everything in our life has and will serve a purpose. Vianna teaches you how to identify those purposes, understand yourself and create the reality you want.

Do you have proof you had a tumor or problem with your leg?

Of course I do, I am a Capricorn. Besides all the witnesses, I have records, x-rays and MRI’s. 2008 was the first time anyone asked me to see them. I now show them at some of my seminars.
Vianna are you Anti- Doctor?

No. I like most doctors and many times recommend one go to a doctor. Many of my close friends are doctors and their insight can be very beneficial. The ThetaHealing technique has many doctors in different backgrounds that practice the technique.
What seminars are taught by Vianna Stibal?

Vianna Stibal, founder of the ThetaHealing technique teaches all ThetaHealing Instructors seminars. She will occassionally teach practitioners seminars of the new information she channels, but most ThetaHealing Practitioners seminars are taught by Certified Independent ThetaHealing Instructors.

All the Instructor seminars are taught exclusively by Vianna or her children.
What books do you suggest?

There are many great books out there. I think any book that catches your attention and is beneficial to you is great. I really like Joseph Murphy, Power of the Subconscious Mind and think this is a great place to start for learning about your subconscious. I am adding many new books to the site that my teachers have written and books that I think are enjoyable and useful to read.
Does Vianna Take appointments?

Vianna herself is not currently taking appointments at this time; she is traveling and teaching. In between traveling and after her classes she does occasionally see terminally sick patients and sick children. You can contact our office and put your name on a list to be notified if and when she decides to take appointments. You can contact anyone of our Certified ThetaHealers® on the website and they can assist you with an appointment. We suggest that you call a few and see which one works the best with your energy.
